Ingredients (for 15 aperitif shortbread)
- 70 g Parmesan
- 75 g butter
- 15 g Borde porcini powder
- 1 egg
- 150 g flour
- ½ packet baking powder
- Pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the butter, Parmesan and porcini powder in a bowl. Mix well.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Add the flour and baking powder. Season with pepper. Mix well.
- Knead the dough by hand to form a ball.
- Roll out the dough until it is fairly thick (about 1cm).
- Using a cookie cutter or a glass, make circles.
- Using a smaller cutter, make another circle in the centre of the first one.
- Place the rings on a baking tray.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
