Ingredients (for 15 aperitif shortbread)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the butter, Parmesan and porcini powder in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add the egg and mix.
  4. Add the flour and baking powder. Season with pepper. Mix well.
  5. Knead the dough by hand to form a ball.
  6. Roll out the dough until it is fairly thick (about 1cm).
  7. Using a cookie cutter or a glass, make circles.
  8. Using a smaller cutter, make another circle in the centre of the first one.
  9. Place the rings on a baking tray.
  10. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
