Ingredients (1 serving)
- 25g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoons yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Borde blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Preparation
- Melt the butter in the microwave.
- In your mug, beat the egg and sugar with a fork.
- Add the yoghurt and mix.
- Then add the flour and baking powder and beat until there are no lumps.
- Add the melted butter.
- Once the mixture is smooth, gently fold in the blueberries and chocolate chips. Mix again.
- Place the mug in the microwave and cook for 2 minutes.
Tip: you can keep the blueberry syrup and reuse it for your cocktails or sweet preparations (cakes, yoghurts, smoothies, ice creams, coulis, etc.).
