Frozen porcini persillade

Ingredients (6 servings)
- 1kg Borde frozen porcini
- 1/2 bunch parsley, finely minced
- 50g butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt/pepper
Preparation
- Mince the garlic and chop the bunch of parsley.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic and parsley, stirring for 1 minute.
- Add the frozen porcini Borde them and add the water to the skillet. Stir continuously until all the water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat, salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
- Tip: the persillade can be served on its own as an accompaniment to your meal, makes an excellent topping tossed in pasta dishes, or can be blended with heavy cream for a full flavored white sauce for meat dishes.
