THREE GROUPS, 6 EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS

All of Borde’s expertise comes together in this new line of Culinary Aids, that offers wild mushroom reductions (juices), Coulis and a duxelles. Six new, easy-to-use products: Morels Juice, Chanterelles Juice, Porcini Juice, Duxelle, Porcini Coulis and Forest Coulis.

FLAVOR AND PRACTICALITY

Produced exclusively from natural products, with no additives or preservatives, Borde’s Culinary Solutions offer a concentration of aromas and flavors that are at the heart of a chef’s work. The line of Fumets (juices) was created in collaboration with Philippe Brun, a starred chef in the Haute-Loire region.

SAVORY AND SWEET USES

Fumets, Coulis, and Duxelles are used in the preparation of a variety of dishes, from savory creations such as risottos, sauces, pizza and pasta toppings, purees, foams, and sautés, to sweet delicacies such as whipped creams, macaroons, and baked goods.
